How does the shared worker pool work?

When your own roster doesn't have the trade or capacity you need, HeyTeam lets you broadcast to available workers from other contractors in the HeyTeam network. Workers are verified and trade-tagged. You only pay for the SMS used — no placement fee, no agency margin.

We use different trades across different sites. Can HeyTeam handle that?

Yes. Each worker on your roster is tagged with their trade, skills, and certifications. When you need to fill a role, HeyTeam only contacts workers with the matching trade — so you never send a joiner to a groundworks job.

Our sites have terrible signal. Will HeyTeam still work?

The app works offline and syncs when signal returns. For inbound notifications (new jobs, schedule changes), SMS backup fires automatically when the app can't reach a worker. Rural sites, basements, and plant rooms are covered.
