Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of HeyTeam.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HeyTeam, provided by HeyTeam Ltd. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using HeyTeam on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
HeyTeam is a workforce and operations platform for facilities management, including shift scheduling, SMS notifications, check-in/check-out, and reporting. We may update, improve, or change features over time to keep the service running well.
3. Accounts and pricing
You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping login details secure. Subscriptions are priced per admin user per month, with managed-site allowances and optional SMS bundles as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use HeyTeam lawfully and not to misuse the service — including no attempts to disrupt the platform, access data you are not authorised to access, or send unlawful or unsolicited messages through the system.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you put into HeyTeam. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep HeyTeam available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Support levels depend on your plan. Enterprise plans may include additional service commitments set out in a separate agreement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HeyTeam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
